Embark on a circular trail to explore Brenzone's inland regions and gain a fresh perspective of the lake. This exceptional chance unveils the rich history, traditions, and intriguing aspects defining the small villages within the municipality. Wander amidst olive groves and trace the paths of ancient mule tracks once vital to lake-to-mountain connections. En route, encounter a plethora of historical and artistic treasures: from medieval churches like Assenza, Campo, Sant'Antonio, and San Zeno, to the religious heritage of Castelletto, birthplace of the Blessed Maria Mantovani. Delve into the stories behind votive shrines and experience the revival of local folk traditions during popular celebrations.

MEETING POINT: Assenza di Brenzone
ROUTE: the walk covers a total distance of 12 km (round trip) with an elevation gain of about 300 meters
DURATION: all day, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM

PRICE: € 42 per person, including guided tour with natural, historical, and cultural insights by a professional AIGAE guide with liability insurance
The price does not include:
- Parking fees at the starting point (to be paid on site)
- Any refreshments at the refuges
PAYMENT: online via PayPal system or by cash at the meeting point
AGE: suitable for adults and teenagers aged 12 and up who are used to walking
WHAT TO BRING:
- Mandatory hiking shoes with good soles, hiking poles are recommended (if you are used to using them)
- Layered clothing suitable for the season, wind and rain protection
- Drinks (at least 1 liter), snacks, packed lunch
CANCELLATION: The event will be canceled in case of bad weather or if the minimum number of 6 participants is not reached. In these cases, participants will be notified directly.
GOOD TO KNOW: The route includes forest roads and hiking trails (including single trails) with a decent gradient both uphill and downhill, but without any particular technical difficulties.
